To receive these discounted rates, bookings are taken in 3 month blocks. A 25% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking with the full balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
*Electricity useage is capped @ £40.00 per month for one bed and £50 per month for two bed. Thereafter electricity is charged at 13.5p per unit
