Arrival
Keys are available for collection after 3pm.
Reception
Our reception will be able to recommend places of interest, where to eat, entertainment venues and general tourist information. Suggestions are listed in the Torquay section of our website. Reception will be pleased to make restaurant reservations, book taxis, theatre tickets etc.
Even in the best managed organisations there can be an occasional problem and our aim is to deal with any maintenance issue as swiftly as possible, usually the same day when reported before midday.
Groceries
We offer a grocery shopping service delivered to your apartment ready for arrival. Alternatively, arrange your own online shop to be delivered between 9am – 1pm on your arrival day and we will put it away in your apartment ready for you.
Laundry
Every apartment has a washing machiner / dryer and iron with ironing board. Reception offers an external Dry Cleaning and Laundry service deposited at reception by 9.00am will be returned by 6.00pm the next day. This service is not available on Sundays or Public Holidays. Please request our price list.
Housekeeping
Linen and towels are changed every two weeks. Additional housekeeping services can be booked at reception and are available daily between 10am – 2pm:
- 1 bed apartment £10 per service
- 2 bed apartment £15 per service
- Kitchen valet £15
All apartments have complimentary Eco Boutique toiletries.
WiFi
Free Wifi throughout building.
Car Parking & Valet
All apartments have a free designated parking space for the duration of your stay with additional shared spaces for visitors.
Guests benefit from a 10% concession for car valeting at The Grand Hotel which offers a range of options from full valeting to a quick clean and polish.
Pets
We regret, with the exception of registered guide dogs, pets are not allowed.
Smoking
The Corbyn is an entirely non-smoking establishment.
Departure
Apartments must be vacated by 10am. Payment of accounts to be made prior to departure. The receptionist will prepare your account. We are of happy to keep your luggage safe for collection later the same day.
