Terms & Conditions
Rents include central heating, and where applicable, cots and highchairs (if reserved at time of booking). Lettings commence at 3.00pm on day of arrival, ending at 10.00am on day of departure.
A deposit of at least 25% of the total rent must accompany the booking form. All outstanding balances are due 30 days before arrival. If a reservation is made less than 30 days before arrival, the full rent is due at the time of booking.
Nightly bookings may be accepted subject to availability.
When circumstances necessitate, the right is reserved to alter the suite reserved to one of equal or superior specification.
Reception at The Corbyn is staffed between 9am and 8pm, Monday to Friday with restricted hours on Saturdays, Sundays and out-of-season. For initial access, keys must be collected within these hours unless other arrangements have been made and confirmed in writing. A Duty Manager is available by telephone outside these hours.

- Corbyn Head Hotel (adjacent to The Corbyn) offers lunch and a choice of dinner menus to all Brights' guests, who may also use the bar facilities.
- Metered direct-dial telephones in all apartments. Incoming calls can be dialled direct. Otherwise a message service is available.
- All suites have washing machines and tumble drying facilities.
- Extras: Hire of Bath Robes - £3.50 each.
