Ground Floor
The ground floor (1 and 2 bed) apartments benefit from classical Georgian proportions and are truly spacious with 9ft 6in ceilings and dado rails. A two bedroom suite and a one bedroom suite have been designed to provide wheelchair access.
First Floor

Apartments on the first and second floors have sideways sea views to the left or right. The one bedroom apartments are on the first floor with large airy lounges. Two bedroom apartments are situated at either end of the building and some have the benefit of additional side windows to take full advantage of the vista.

Each three bedroom penthouse spans the second and top floor and has its own internal spiral staircase feature - highlighted with a glass domed skylight - leading to the lounge and kitchen above. Two penthouses have lovely large lounges with panoramic views across the bay; two have slightly smaller lounges with doors opening onto a balcony enjoying the same superb views. Master bedrooms have two 4ft 6in double beds. The third floor two bedroom suites are located at either end of this floor and enjoy panoramic views across the bay

For 4 people occupying a Penthouse suite a discount of 10% can be taken
For 2 people occupying a Penthouse suite a discount of 15% can be taken
Christmas/New Year period, minimum booking 2 nights.
All rates and charges are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT at 17.5%
Special rates are given for stays of 3 months or more.
