Long term rentals include the following services, utility bills and taxes:

  • Water Rates
  • * Inclusive electricity is capped @ £40.00 per month for one bed, £50 per month for two bed and £60 per month for three bed apartments. Thereafter electricity is charged at 10.90p per unit
  • Use of indoor heated pool, spa and sauna
  • On-site car parking
  • Wireless hot spot
  • Weekly housekeeping service with the provision of laundered bed linen and bath towels
  • The Corbyn is staffed daily to ensure the smooth running of the building and to deal with maintenance, repairs and replacement of faulty equipment.
